The founder

Neil Jones

Neil started in an accountancy practice at fifteen, became a director and shareholder just after turning thirty, and left at forty as one of six partners in a firm of around sixty staff. Within it he was the technical lead, the knowledge resource, the staff liaison and the person problems were escalated to.

MDJ Consultants was founded on a straightforward premise: business owners get better outcomes when they can speak directly to someone with that depth of experience, rather than being routed through a call centre to a junior.

That is still how the practice works. When you call, you get the adviser.
